One of our family's very favorite cuts, Eco Valley Ranch's Breakfast Brisket is simply, thick sliced, unprocessed beef bacon- no nitrites, no cure, no spices. Cut from the brisket, these thick slices resemble lean pork bacon, but with a tremendous beef taste. Requires a generous dose of salt, and a little pepper to really bring out the mouth-watering flavours. Breakfast Brisket cooks fast, is most tender when fried very gently on each side, and pairs ever so well with our fresh eggs.
